What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How we protect your data
The site utilises SSL/TLS to protect data that you send to the website. We have a number of security processes in place. The server that our sites are hosted on are also PCI DSS compliant.
What data breach procedures we have in place
In the event that we suffer a data breach, we would notify all impacted users at the earliest possible point. It’s worth noting that we do not hold any payment information, other than a transaction ID provided by PayPal. PayPal our payment processor store all payment information and we never receive your bank/card details. The only other information we store is Name & Email Address.
What third parties we receive data from
Currently, we utilise anonymised data from google analytics to track important site metrics, such as number of visitors, country they come from, type of device they use etc. This is fairly standard practice across the web.
